Exclusive event

Exclusive is an over-used word. But that's exactly what our careers event on February 27th promises to be. A unique collaboration between Credit Suisse and University College London, it's the ideal opportunity to get a real insight into one of the world's premier investment banks and to meet the people who run it.

We're offering thirty of UCL's finest 1st year students - whatever their degree - the chance to join us for an event that could lead to a prestigious summer internship. As well as registering your details, you'll need to upload your CV. Please remember to include as much about yourself as possible. Naturally, we expect academic excellence. But more than that, we're looking for well-rounded people with interests and achievements outside your education. Your personality matters, so please make sure it comes across strongly on your application. Once again, your application will not be judged upon what degree you're studying, so do not exclude yourself because you think you have the wrong qualifications.

The event itself will take place on February 27th and will last all afternoon. It will be held within UCL and, as well as seminars and lectures, will include a tutorial and simulated exercise on the Reuters system in the UCL Virtual Trading Lab. The day will finish with a social, networking event where you'll be able to discuss absolutely anything you like with many of our most senior people.

The deadline for applications is 30/January/2008 and we will let you know if you've been successful by 04/February/2008.
